Patrick Kelly for Naperville City Council
I ran for City Council in 2019 to be a voice for residents and to ensure that Naperville would remain the best place to raise a family for generations to come. I am grateful for the trust voters placed in me four years ago and have never taken that trust for granted.
I am proud to have served as an advocate for residents on our major developments, for making progress on sustainability and affordable housing initiatives, passing a humane ordinance and an ethics ordinance, and to have helped our city maintain a steady hand throughout Covid, coming out of the pandemic with a balanced budget and our lowest tax rate in over 50 years.
I look forward to the opportunity to serve our City for another four years, and appreciate your continued trust and support!
